The Planning Commission on Wednesday will vote on a number of issues, including the design review for the second phase of Toll Brothers’ Vista del Verde residential development.
Plans call for 2,100 homes to be built over the next 20 to 25 years. They will wrap around the Black Gold Golf Course at the base of the Chino Hills.
The commission will also decide whether to allow the sale of beer and wine at Henry’s Marketplace, a grocery store to open in the Valley View Shopping Center later this year.
