The Planning Commission at its Tuesday meeting approved 5 to 0 a request from Jack Gunderson, who will demolish a commercial building and build a 4,166-square-foot automobile stereo installation facility at 724 El Camino Real.
Commissioners Dennis Papilion and Frank Haroldson were absent. The single-story building will have 2,619 square feet of retail area and 1,547 square feet of garage space. The architectural theme will be Spanish Colonial. Customers will be able to access the site by El Camino Real, and there will be 11 parking spaces. Information: (949) 361-6185.
