Whittier Quad to Be Remodeled
Construction has begun on the $2-million renovation of Whittier Quad, a Whittier Boulevard shopping center that has stood on the site, between Painter and Laurel avenues, for more than 32 years.
The project was designed by McClellan Cruz Gaylord & Associates, Pasadena, and is being developed by Michael Pashaie. Remodeling of the 670,000-square-foot center will be done in phases, and upon completion, will be reduced in size by 4,400 square feet to allow for a new landscaping plan.
