The City Council has voted to pay $20,000 to Urban Landscape Concepts of West Hollywood to design plans for the rehabilitation of Plummer and West Hollywood parks, which will be restored to their original landscape design.
The council also reviewed a comprehensive sign ordinance that would restrict commercial signs, ban future outdoor billboards and eliminate pole signs. A workshop on the proposed ordinance is set for Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. at Plummer Park, Hall A.
