New La Jolla Branch Library Scheduled

Construction will begin in the spring of 1987 on the $1.2-million, 10,000-square-foot Florence Riford Library Center on Draper Avenue in La Jolla. The facility, designed by Architects Mosher/Drew/Watson/Ferguson, San Diego, will replace the existing city of San Diego branch library at Wall Street and Girard Avenue.
