Quite a battle rages for which city in America has the best music scene. Is it Cleveland, the home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? Is it Nashville, nicknamed Music City USA? Here are the top contenders for the very best music cities, according to a survey done by Travel + Leisure.
