Deal: You can get a free SuperShuttle airport ride this summer
- Share via
SuperShuttle is giving airport travelers a break this summer. If you have three or more passengers on a shared-ride reservation to or from more than 40 airports, one person rides free.
The deal: SuperShuttle’s Summer Sale applies to airports in a variety of places, including LAX, Long Beach, Orange County, Ontario and Burbank.
Other SuperShuttle sites participating in the sale are in major East Coast cities — New York (JFK and LaGuardia) and Washington, D.C. (Washington National and Dulles) — as well as airports in London, Paris, and Cancun and Los Cabos in Mexico. (See the full list of airports on the sale page.)
To get this deal, you must make reservations online through the company’s mobile site or use its mobile apps. Use the discount “RIDES” when booking.
When: The offer is good through Aug. 31.
Details: I tested this deal and found it easy to use. When you make the reservation, a “3rd passenger rides free” banner pops up, and it bills you only for two passengers.
Besides the sale, SuperShuttle customers also rack up points or miles on loyalty programs with American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, United Airlines and Southwest Airlines.
Note: Only one person per reservation will earn points or miles.
