Steve Nash out ‘at least another week’

The Lakers announced that point guard Steve Nash will miss “at least another week” with a nondisplaced leg fracture.
Nash was injured in the second game of the season in Portland on Oct 31. Since Nash’s injury, the team has fired Coach Mike Brown and hired Mike D’Antoni in his place.
Reserve point guard Steve Blake is also out with an abdominal strain. The timeline on Blake’s return remains unclear as well.
Interim head coach Bernie Bickerstaff has relied on second-year guard Darius Morris to start with his top-two point guards out.
Veteran Chris Duhon has backed up Morris, but Bickerstaff even turned to Kobe Bryant against the San Antonio Spurs (in a close loss) to man the point.
