“Redshirting,” or repeating a grade, in prep sports, is becoming common, and Deadspin has an intriguing article entitled, “Why Rich Lacrosse Parents are Making Their Kids Repeat A Grade.”
It’s about the high school lacrosse scene in Washington, D.C. It’s quite amusing, if not shocking.
