Steve Miller, the boys’ and girls’ golf coach at North Hollywood High, could receive more respect from his athletes after he tells the story of his summer hole-in-one.
Miller used a 7 iron to get his hole-in-one on Saturday on the 120-yard par-3 at Jack Tone Golf Course in Ripon.
It was only the second time in 50 years that he has gotten a hole-in-one.
Now it’s up to his players this season to match him.
