Football: Corona Centennial trio head All-CIF selections

Running back J.J. Taylor and quarterback Anthony Catalano of Corona Centennial have been named the offensive players of the year from the Pac-5 Division on the All-CIF team. Teammate Zach Brumbaugh, a linebacker, was selected defensive player of the year.
Coach Matt Logan of Centennial was coach of the year.
The only juniors on the Pac-5 offensive team were running back Drake Beasley of Loyola, lineman Casey Roddick of St. Bonaventure, lineman Wyatt Davis of St. John Bosco and kicker Diego Caucho-Sousa of Loyola. Making the defensive team as juniors were defensive end Jacob Callier of St. John Bosco, linebacker Josh Brown of Long Beach Poly and lineman Seleti Fevaleaki of Centennial.
