Boys’ basketball: Dorsey faces Fairfax in Huntington Park tournament

The Huntington Park summer basketball tournament begins Friday. There are 18 teams entered and the championship game will be Saturday at 5 p.m. at Roybal.
POOL A: Huntington Park, RFK, San Pedro.
POOL B: Fremont, Marquez, Roosevelt.
POOL C: Banning, Franklin, South Gate.
POOL D: Legacy, Montebello, Venice.
POOL E: Chatsworth, Monroe, Roybal.
POOL F: Dorsey, Garfield, Fairfax
The top first-round game has Dorsey facing Fairfax at 5 p.m. at Roybal on Friday. Games begin at 2 p.m. at Roybal, Huntington Park and South Gate.
Lots of teams are going to be missing players because of camps.
