El Viento celebrates students’ high school graduation

El Viento Foundation, a Huntington Beach-based nonprofit that provides long-term educational support for low-income students from the Oak View neighborhood of Huntington Beach, saluted 25 new graduates of Ocean View High School who are participants in the program.
Friday’s reception was held at Golden West College in Huntington Beach.
The program serves groups of students as they move from fourth grade through high school and into college.
