Readers React: A tiny creature’s big warning

To the editor: Writer Larry Taylor speaks of “another mass extinction” to come. He says, “If food webs collapse, all species will eventually feel the trickle-up effects, humans included.” ( “A tiny creature’s big warning,” Opinion, June 26)
The key word here is “eventually.” If it’s not going to happen tomorrow, people don’t care.
