Falls fire spreads near Lake Elsinore

A brush fire was burning out of control near Lake Elsinore on Monday, forcing evacuations and prompting officials to close local roads. The Falls fire began in the afternoon east of Lake Elsinore near Ortega Highway. READ STORY
