Update: Actor Robert Conrad and his wife, LaVelda, have sold their equestrian property in Thousand Oaks for $1,955,000, the Multiple Listing Service shows.
The Mediterranean home, built in 1996, sits behind gates on 3 landscaped acres with a free-form swimming pool and spa. The two-story entry has a sweeping staircase. There are five bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and 4,605 square feet of living space.
Conrad, 80, starred in the TV series “The Wild Wild West” (1965-69) as Secret Service agent James T. West, a role for which he won a spot in the Stuntman’s Hall of Fame.
The property came on the market in November at $2.25 million.
The listing agents were Jeb Adams and Jeffrey Giordano of Re/Max Olson & Associates, Westlake Village, while Barbara Hatch of Prudential California Realty, represented the buyer, according to the MLS.
