Marcelino, Klopp not each other’s biggest fans

Liverpool, May 6 (efe_epa) . —  Villarreal manager Marcelino Garcia Toral, and Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, slammed each other in the postmatch press conference after the teams played the UEFA Champion League at Anfield.

During the game, there were words exchanged as the German told Marcelino to “shut up.”

“Klopp is a great coach, but I won’t say anything about the other side of him. I’ll never want to be like him. I’m not gonna be like that at least not in victory,” Marcelino said in the postmatch press conference, commenting about the German manager.

Liverpool’s coach also slammed Marcelino, saying, “I wouldn’t want to be like him, not for even a single second of my life, but I think he is a great coach.”

Regarding the match and after Liverpool secured their spot in the UCL final with a 31 aggregate win, Klopp congratulated his players for their good work.

The German coach also said that the team must play the final with the same attitude like this match and commented that Sevilla, will be “very tough” to beat.
