You can never have too many friends, right? Not according to Jimmy Kimmel. The late-night host celebrated the second annual National Unfriend Day on Nov. 18, urging fans to “whittle” down their Facebook friend lists. “These people are not your friends,” Kimmel says. “No one has 2,000 friends.”

“Live” host Regis Philbinsigned off for good on Friday after roughly 16,500 hours on air. The tribute show featured a fond farewell from co-host Kelly Ripa and special goodbyes from old friends like former co-host Kathie Lee Gifford and Tony Danza. His wife and occasional co-host, Joy, joined him on stage, while his daughters watched from the audience. Was Natalie Wood’s death really an accident? The L.A. County sheriff’s office isn’t so sure after comments made by a ship captain who was there the night the actress died. Now, they plan to reopen the case to find out what really happened. As the story goes, Wood, 43, was having drinks with husband, Robert Wagner, actor Christopher Walken and friends aboard a yacht off Catalina on Thanksgiving weekend back in 1981. Like his daughter Lindsay, Michael Lohan is about to get a much more structured life. The elder Lohan, in jail over domestic abuse charges, agreed to a plea deal on Wednesday. He will now serve two years probation, along with four months in a residential treatment facility, a domestic-violence intervention program and no contact at all with his ex-girlfriend.
