Macaulay Culkin, who’s not dead, goes all ‘80s in response to hoax

Macaulay Culkin might be pale, but he's not dead. And to prove he's still alive, he posted a photo of himself looking, well, dead.
Former child star Culkin, who's currently on tour with his band the Pizza Underground, Instagrammed a shot of himself Saturday being held "Weekend at Bernie's"-style by a roadie.

On Sunday the "Home Alone" star posted a shot from the previous night's concert showing himself performing in that same pose.
"Weekend at Bernie's" is, of course, the 1989 flick in which Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman hang out with a dead guy for a couple of days in the Hamptons, hauling his corpse around in an effort to make people think he's still alive.
The hoax originated Thursday on a fake Facebook tribute page that has since been taken down, according to Snopes. So let's add Culkin to that seemingly never-ending list of celebrity death-hoax targets.
