Wes Borland, the guitarist for Limp Bizkit, has listed his hideaway in Hollywood Hills West for sale at $1.35 million.
The 1,256-square-foot bohemian-vibe bungalow has a living room with a painted brick fireplace, an open kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A redwood deck sits off the master bedroom. Nearby, a diving platform-size gargoyle-esque statue appears poised to enter the backyard swimming pool.
The detached two-story guesthouse has another bedroom and bathroom. The space is set up as an art and music studio.
Borland, 39, is also a vocalist with Black Light Burns, which he founded. The metal musician is known for his experimentation and nontraditional approach to guitar playing.
A visual artist as well, he often uses masks and body paint onstage and creates albums covers and other music project-related artwork.
Jamie Sher of the Sher Group is the listing agent.
