Shay Mitchell puts her home in Beverly Grove up for sale

Shay Mitchell of “Pretty Little Liars” has listed her home in the Beverly Grove area for $1.895 million.
The Spanish-style house sits behind hedges, walls and an arched wooden gate. Built in 1931, the single-story has been redesigned with a subway-tile kitchen and crisp white and gray interiors. Arched doorways and coffered ceilings retain the home’s Spanish vibe.
A high-ceiling living room, a formal dining room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are within the 2,041 square feet of living space. One bedroom has been converted into a closet and dressing room with shoe cubbies, a jewelry wall and a handbag cabinet.
Covered patio space leads to the converted garage that doubles as an office and home gym where a pink punching bag hangs.
A flagstone-surrounded swimming pool with a spa sits in the backyard. The gated driveway has room to park three or four cars.
Mitchell, 28, has starred on “Pretty Little Liars” since 2010. Season 6 will start in June.
She bought the property three years ago for $1.35 million.
