Kent Kresa asking $35 million for Beverly Hills estate

Former General Motors and Northrop Grumman chairman Kent Kresa has his Beverly Hills estate listed for $35 million.

The Spanish Colonial Revival mansion, built in 1927, has been restored and sits on 1.75 landscaped acres. Wrought ironwork, leaded glass windows, Malibu tile and hand-hewn beamed ceilings are among the home’s details.

The 14,000 square feet of living space in the main and guesthouses include living and family rooms, a formal dining room, a library/screening room, eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The grounds feature a swimming pool with spa, an expansive lawn, a cabana, pathways, a rose garden, a vegetable garden and citrus trees.

Actor James Coburn and the Sultan of Brunei are among former owners of the property, which first came on the market in February priced at $38 million.
