Jonathan Rhys Meyers has listed a Hollywood Hills investment house for sale at $1.549 million.
The actor bought the property in late 2006 for $1.595 million and has leased it out over the years at rates ranging from $6,000 to $7,500 a month.
The 1961 contemporary was redone a decade ago and has been freshened up with designer-done interiors. The 1,656 square feet of clean-lined living space includes an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s a fireplace in the living room.
A swimming pool and mature landscaping complete the quarter-acre of grounds.
Meyers, 38, starred on the 2013-14 series “Dracula” and “The Tudors” (2007-10). He has been in such films as “Mission Impossible III” (2006), “Match Point” (2005) and “Bend It Like Beckham” (2002).
