Actor Joe Manganiello, who rose to fame as a werewolf on HBO’s “True Blood,” has sold his house in Hollywood Hills for $1.925 million.
Set in the Nichols Canyon area and built in 1963, the 2,500-square-foot, Modern-style house has an open floor plan.
Updated interiors include a living room with a corner fireplace, a step-up dining room, a wet bar, a remodeled kitchen, a den, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room has doors that open to a patio and swimming pool.
Exterior stone work in the front is also picked up around the swimming pool area in the backyard. A fire pit, a built-in barbecue and a spa complete the more than quarter-acre grounds.
A fountain sits by the entry. There’s a two-car garage.
Manganiello, 38, appears this year in the films “Magic Mike XXL” and “Knight of Cups.” His fiancee is actress Sofia Vergara of “Modern Family.”
The actor paid $1.806 million two years ago for the property and had listed it at $1.995 million.
Michael Nourmand and Adam Sires of Nourmand & Associates were the listing agents. Anthony Diaz-Perez of Teles Properties represented the buyer.
