Gary Uberstine, the founder and CEO of the Los Angeles-based Premier Sports & Entertainment management firm, has sold a townhouse in Manhattan Beach for $3.139 million.
Located in the Gas Lamp section, the Tuscan-style residence has 2,520 square feet of living space across three floors with an updated kitchen, two decks and an elevator servicing all levels.
Hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry and integrated sound and lighting are among the features of the home, which was marketed as completely furnished and turn-key ready.
An NFL-certified agent with more than 25 years’ experience, Uberstein clients include Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll, USC Head Coach Steve Sarkisian, Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri and Buffalo Bills linebacker Brandon Spikes.
Uberstine bought the property in May 2013 from Chris Zimmerman, the former Easton Sports president who was named president and CEO of business operations of the St. Louis Blues franchise in June, for $2.799 million.
Brett Zebrowski of Palm Realty Boutique represented both Uberstine and the buyer, Paramount Pool & Spa Systems owner and president Lewis Ghiz, in the sale.
