Lawsuit against state: In a news brief in Thursday’s Section A on Orange County joining a suit to block the state from tapping redevelopment reserves, Orange County Supervisor John Moorlach said Los Angeles County would be the main party in the case and absorb the costs. He later corrected himself and said Orange County “is going to be paying a proportionate share to be calculated later.”
