Double fault

The powers that be in the tennis world should ban NBC from televising the sport.

Would people watch the Super Bowl with networks saying at the beginning of the second half, “The Steelers scored twice in the third quarter and we’ll pick it up with six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter”? So why force that type of idiocy on tennis fans? Limit NBC to covering the finals live on the final weekend and let ESPN continue its blanket coverage for the second week.

Thanks, NBC, for showing us the taped semifinal match between Andy Murray and Andy Roddick. Only problem was that ESPN told us the results about two hours earlier.
