Gonzaga routs Loyola Marymount

at Gonzaga 91, Loyola Marymount 54: Steven Gray scored a career-high 23 points and No. 17 Gonzaga won its ninth consecutive West Coast Conference regular season title. Josh Heytvelt added 18 points as Gonzaga, 20-5 overall and 11-0 in the West Coast Conference, won at least 20 games for a 12th consecutive season. Loyola Marymount (2-25, 1-10) came in as the worst shooting team in the nation at 34.8%, and made 31% against the nation’s top team in field-goal defense (37.1%).

at Portland 74, Pepperdine 45: T.J. Campbell made three three-pointers and scored 14 points to lead Portland. The victory assured the Pilots (17-9, 8-3 West Coast) of its first winning record in the conference since 1995. Pepperdine (8-19, 5-6) led only once, at 2-0. Dane Suttle Jr. led the Waves with 13 points. The Waves made only 23% of their shots and were only two for 20 from three-point range.
