St. Louis 12, at Arizona 7: Ryan Ludwick hit a home run and drove in three runs for the Cardinals, who benefited from eight walks and three errors.
Houston 4, at Pittsburgh 1: Mike Hampton pitched six shutout innings and Astros ended a losing streak at five games. Hampton is 11-3 against Pittsburgh and has won seven consecutive starts against the Pirates dating to 2000.
Florida 10, at Atlanta 4: Dan Uggla drove in three runs for the second consecutive game and the Marlins (7-1) have their best start since opening 1997 with an 8-1 record.
at Milwaukee 9, Cincinnati 3: Mike Cameron hit two home runs and the Brewers avoided a series sweep.
Philadelphia at Washington, ppd.: The game was postponed because of rain. No makeup date was announced.
at Dodgers 5, San Francisco 4: The Dodgers won it on a walk-off walk to James Loney in the ninth inning.
