Update: The Ducks’ Brad May left practice after reinjuring his left knee Tuesday. “It doesn’t seem that bad, but it will be 24 hours before we know the extent of the damage,” Coach Randy Carlyle said. May sat out seven games in November when he injured the knee the first time. The Blues’ Paul Kariya is day to day because of a hip injury. Dan Hinote is day to day with what is being called a lower-body injury. Andy McDonald is out eight weeks because of a broken left leg.
