Authorities identify man stabbed after car crash

A man authorities say was stabbed to death during an argument over a car crash was identified Monday as Hugo Fabian Arellano.
Arellano, 33, of Santa Ana was killed in the 1400 block of East 1st Street about 1:15 a.m. Saturday, allegedly by Nadia Perez Juarez, 23, of Downey, police said.
Juarez is scheduled to be arraigned today on a murder charge. She was being held at Central Women’s Jail in Santa Ana.
