Music mogul Lou Pearlman has agreed to return to Florida from Guam, where he is being held on fraud charges.
Pearlman, the man behind ‘N Sync and the Backstreet Boys, had been a fugitive since late last year and is accused of fraudulently securing nearly $20 million in loans. Investigators also allege that Pearlman defrauded about 1,000 investors out of more than $315 million in a Ponzi scheme.
