An 88-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s disease who recently moved from Costa Mesa to the Central Coast has been missing 10 days, authorities said Monday.
Janet DeFelice was reported missing June 1 from her son’s house in rural Templeton, said San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Sgt. Brian Hascall.
DeFelice, who is 5 feet 7, 130 pounds and has brown eyes and gray hair, was wearing a red sweatshirt, black sweatpants, white tennis shoes and gold-rimmed glasses.
DeFelice had lived in Costa Mesa for nine years before moving to Templeton on May 31. Before that, she lived in Villa Park.
