Re “War costs are hitting historic proportions,” Jan. 14
If Congress cuts off funds for the Iraq war and appropriates money for troop withdrawal, then the only one endangering troops would be President Bush -- if he decides to further defy Congress and the majority of Americans by forcing troops to stay.
