Ex-’Judge Judy’ employee sues

A former senior producer of the “Judge Judy” show contends in a lawsuit that he was wrongfully fired for complaining that black litigants were being excluded from the syndicated TV series.
In a complaint filed this week in L.A. Superior Court, Jonathan Sebastien is seeking unspecified compensatory and general damages from the show and CBS Paramount Network Television.
Representatives for the program and Paramount could not be reached for comment.
