Even minimalists need to work. For those who’d like their desk to be the least obvious piece of furniture in the room, Bernard Brucha, an industrial designer for Urban Outfitters and the Orange County Museum of Art, has created the LAX desk. The legless, wall-mounted writing table ($679) is just under 5 feet long and only 1 foot high.
