Glaxo to Buy Maker of Breathe Right Strips

GlaxoSmithKline agreed to buy CNS Inc. for about $566 million to add Breathe Right nasal strips and FiberChoice dietary supplements to its consumer health products that include heartburn reliever Tums.
Glaxo would pay $37.50 a share in cash for the Minneapolis-based company, the London-based drug maker said. CNS shares jumped $8.16 to $36.72.
