1 Person Dead, 1 Missing After Two Boats Collide

Two boats collided during an annual regatta, killing one person, seriously injuring seven others and leaving one man missing, authorities said in Key Biscayne.
A boat was being towed by another near the Rickenbacker Causeway between Miami and Key Biscayne when it was struck by a third vessel that apparently came from behind, said Jorge Pino, a spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
