Want to see Paul McCartney singing the Beatles’ “Please Please Me” live on his latest tour? You don’t have to shell out the $135 average ticket price he commanded on his 2005 Chaos and Creation in the Backyard tour.
Just click on Amazon.com’s home page and there’s the ex-Beatle chatting from backstage during a rehearsal in Florida to introduce a video clip he’s given to Amazon to promote his children’s book, “High in the Clouds.”
“We provided them with three exclusive clips -- of the other two, one is specific to the book, the other is specific to the [‘Chaos’] album,” McCartney spokesman Paul Freundlich said Tuesday.
The three clips will alternate on Amazon’s home page through most of January, he said.
