Government building bombed

From Times Wire Reports

A car bomb exploded outside a state government building in Nigeria’s southern oil hub, the first attack on a government installation by a militant group that has hit foreign oil companies. There were no injuries.

The Port Harcourt blast was the latest attempt to disrupt oil operations. Car bombs struck two foreign compounds Monday, gunmen killed three guards at two other facilities Thursday, and a water pipeline to a refinery was reported sabotaged Friday.
