Moving on: Lori Starr, senior vice president of the Skirball Cultural Center and director of the Skirball Museum in Los Angeles, has been named executive director of the Koffler Centre of the Arts, the cultural branch of the United Jewish Appeal Federation in Toronto. Starting Oct. 1, Starr will take charge of the Koffler’s contemporary art exhibition space and multifaceted arts school.
