7 Men Seen as Security Threats to Be Deported

Britain ordered the deportations of seven men detained as threats to national security, including some accused in a plot to spread the poison ricin.
The men were held in London and Manchester, the Home Office said.
Authorities declined to disclose the names or nationalities of the seven, but a senior government official said some had been charged with planning an attack involving ricin, cyanide, botulinum and explosives. The plot was uncovered two years ago.
Four Algerians were acquitted in the case in April, and prosecutors dropped charges against three other Algerians and a Libyan.
