Crosby Wins It in Overtime

Sidney Crosby scored his second goal of the game on a breakaway with 46.7 seconds left in overtime, leading the Pittsburgh Penguins to a 3-2 victory over the Flyers on Wednesday night at Philadelphia.
Crosby needed stitches on his upper lip after getting high-sticked in the second period.
Calgary 3, Detroit 1 -- Tony Amonte scored one goal and assisted on another at Calgary, Canada, to lead the Flames to their eighth straight victory.
Colorado 3, Phoenix 1 -- Marek Svatos scored twice, including what proved to be the winning goal 1:56 into the third period at Glendale, Ariz.
Rob Blake had a power-play goal for his 600th NHL point.
New York Islanders 7, Atlanta 3 -- Shawn Bates scored twice at Atlanta to help the Islanders to their third straight victory.
St. Louis 2, Columbus 0 -- Lee Stempniak had a goal and an assist in the third period at Columbus, Ohio, and Curtis Sanford posted his second career shutout as the Blues ended an 11-game losing streak.
Vancouver 3, San Jose 1 -- Ed Jovanovski scored the go-ahead goal on a power play with 9:45 to play, and the Canucks ended a four-game road losing streak.
