Several city and county roads remain partly or totally closed because of damage from the storms.
In the San Fernando Valley, traffic will alternately be allowed through in each direction from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Coldwater Canyon Avenue, Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Mulholland Drive between the 101 and 405 freeways.
Crews will be removing loose material from hillsides as a preventive measure.
Beginning Monday, Topanga Canyon Boulevard between Pacific Coast Highway and Greenleaf Canyon Road will be open to residents and school buses only during the following hours:
* Northbound traffic will be allowed access from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Southbound traffic will be allowed access from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Other road closure information is available on several government websites:
* The Caltrans site is www.dot.ca.gov/dist07/traffic/index .shtml.
* The website for the Los Angeles Emergency Operations Center, which includes road closure information, is www.updatela.com.
* Road closure information for unincorporated Los Angeles County is available at www.ladpw.org/rmd/roadclosure.
