A twist in the plot

Many of her film business peers don’t understand outgoing Paramount Motion Picture Group Chairman Sherry Lansing’s desire to forsake power, money and ego for spending her time and money on philanthropy and trying to make this world a better place [“This Exec Smiles: The End,” Feb. 6]. To hear how misplaced their priorities are is not at all surprising, but very sad.
