* Regal Entertainment Group said fourth-quarter profit fell 44%, more than analysts expected, after a lack of blockbusters in the holiday season hurt attendance. Net income fell to $32.8 million, or 21 cents a share, from $58.8 million, or 40 cents, a year earlier, Centennial, Colo.-based Regal said. Sales fell 6% to $643.1 million.
