CSC Wins $1.9-Billion Contract From BAE

Computer Sciences Corp., the No. 5 U.S. computer-services company, said it won a $1.9-billion technology services contract from BAE Systems.
The five-year agreement to operate and maintain systems in Britain and North America is subject to final approval, Computer Sciences spokesman Mike Dickerson said.
London-based BAE is Europe’s biggest defense contractor. Computer Sciences gets one-third of its revenue from U.S. government contracts.
Shares of El Segundo-based Computer Sciences fell 45 cents to $48.65.
