Surveillance Photos of Bank Robber Released

Police released surveillance pictures Wednesday of a man suspected of robbing banks in Laguna Woods and elsewhere.
The man -- in his mid- to late 30s -- gave a teller a note demanding money at the Washington Mutual Bank in the 24000 block of El Toro Road about 9:45 a.m. Saturday before fleeing, officials said. He is described as balding, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and 150 to 165 pounds.
