* Marcus Crockett and Marcus Bogman, Playa Del Rey St. Bernard: Crockett had three hits and drove in three runs and Bogman had three hits and two RBIs in a 5-1 Division IV first-round victory at Santa Maria.

* Garrison Comstock and Brandon Bhagat, Rolling Hills Estates Peninsula: Swept, 6-4, 6-4, 6-3, at No. 1 doubles for the Panthers in a 12-6 Division I second-round victory at Dana Point Dana Hills.

* Jon Greenberg, North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake: Swept his singles sets, 6-1, 6-1, 6-0, for the No. 2-seeded Wolverines in a 15-3 Division I second-round victory over visiting Calabasas.

* Chris Ho and Grant Robinson, Santa Barbara: Won their doubles sets, 6-0, 6-3, 6-1, and Kerry Wheeler and Mike Williams also swept in doubles for the third-seeded Dons in a 13-5 Division I second-round win at Newport Harbor.

* Kai Choi, Montebello Schurr: Won, 6-0, 6-0, 6-1, at No. 1 singles for the host Spartans in a 10-8 Division IV second-round victory over Corona.

* Andrew Mateljan, Redlands: Swept his singles sets, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, for the top-seeded Terriers in a 14-4 Division III second-round victory over visiting La Palma Kennedy.

BOYS’ VOLLEYBALL

* Eric Vance and Cory Hansen, Camarillo: Vance had 30 kills and five blocks and Hanson had 41 assists, eight blocks and seven aces in a 25-19, 23-25, 27-25, 25-12 Division III quarterfinal victory over host Downey.
