Slaying Suspect Says He Killed Three Others

A man accused of killing five women says he’s responsible for three more slayings, his attorney said in Baton Rouge.
Bert Garraway said Sean Vincent Gillis, 41, rejected his advice to stop talking to police Saturday when he confessed to killing three more women than authorities had originally suspected.
Garraway said Gillis did not know the names of the three additional victims.
Gillis has not been charged with a crime. But police have held him without bond since his arrest Thursday on suspicion of first-degree murder and the ritualistic mutilation of the victims’ bodies.
